About the project:
After finding a large gap in the cake book market, Abrams Books signed with Huff to create her debut title, Layered. We filled the void with from-scratch layer cake recipes, icing techniques, and all of the tips and tricks Huff garnered over the years working in professional kitchens - documented and photographed in our Vancouver studio to make up the 288 page cookbook.
Following its Spring 2016 publication date, Layered was also released in German and Italian. It is now in its 5th English printing. You can find Layered wherever books are sold.
